Thirty Ways You Can Give
- Help us keep current by sending us information about yourself, your classmates or other alumni.
- Put WWU in your estate plans.
- Drink hot chocolate from WWU mugs and write with WWU pens. These items are available from the University Shop.
- Send us names of high school students you know who may be interested in quality Christian education.
- Become a Alumni Association officer.
- Have a copy of Bold Venture on your living room table, or give a copy to a friend.
- Make a stop at WWU when you're traveling anywhere near Walla Walla. Let us know you're coming.
- Nominate a fellow alumnus for Alumni of the Year honors.
- Pray for the university. Contact the Spiritual Life Center for specific prayer requests.
- Send ideas for WWU publications, such as "Westwind" or the "Collegian."
- Provide funds for student or faculty research.
- Give us information about student internships at your company.
- Volunteer to be a part of the Career Network, a service of the Career Center.
- Contribute to a scholarship to help students who might otherwise not be able to come to WWU.
- Give financially to the university.
- Send a student a note of encouragement, or a Sanity Sack.
- Volunteer your time to take part in a phone-a-thon at the Alumni Center.
- Come to WWU for Alumni Homecoming, or visit your children during Family Weekend.
- Display a WWU sticker on your car.
- Take a prospective student of WWU out to dinner.
- Communicate with your former professors.
- Donate land to the university.
- Help organize and attend your Homecoming reunion.
- Donate clothes, hats, uniforms and other random things to wwuDrama.
- Ask for a faculty or staff member to speak at your professional organization.
- Tell us how we can help you.
- Donate or contribute to funding for a sculpture to help improve the campus aesthetically.
- Attend sporting events when WWU plays on the road near your home.
- Send a copy of a book or article you've published to the Alumni Center.
- Ask your employer to match a gift or talk to us about setting up a matching gifts program where you work.
